I'm Sasha

Founder and CEO of Over the Moon Sleep Consulting. I’ve worked with over 300 families who were struggling with their babies’ or big kids’ lack of sleep skills. In most cases, the entire family was impacted with the unpredictable nights, constant wakings and chaotic naps. I went through these very same struggles with my oldest son and it was one of the most difficult things I ever experienced in motherhood. So I left the world of education and set out to become a certified sleep consultant so I could help and guide families who were going through the same struggles I experienced as a new mom.

NEWBORN

If you are expecting or have a newborn between 0-15 weeks then you’re ready to prep baby for sleep! You’ll learn what to expect when it comes to baby sleep and prepare her to be a strong sleeper from the start.

INFANT

If your baby is between 4-24 months and struggles at naps or sleeping through the night, we can fix that! We’ll work together to extend her naps, put herself to sleep and, most importantly, sleep through the night!

If your child is over 24 months old, you can still teach her to become a great sleeper! It’s never too late. We’ll work on getting her to stay in her own bed, shorten those hour long bedtimes and help build confidence in her own sleep skills.
